Gemini Towers is an 11 acre development comprised of two (2) six-story office building totally approximately 140,000 square feet, masonry construction. It is a professional campus located at 1991 & 2001 Crocker Road, Westlake, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Gemini Towers consists of general and medical office tenants.
 
The site is extensively landscaped with mature trees, shrubs, and grassy areas throughout. Paved asphalt parking for approximately 675 vehicles surround the site buildings. 
 
The general vicinity of the Site is occupied by retail, office, and multi-family residential properties. Current uses of adjoining properties includes restaurants to the south and west residential apartments to the east, office buildings to the south, and Crocker Park to the west. 
 
Westlake is located 12 miles west of Cleveland, in a prime location that makes it an ideal place for doing business. Downtown Cleveland is a 15-minute commute via I-90. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is five miles away, and I-480 can now be reached straight down Crocker/Sterns which recently opened for traffic.
